The Ice Caves are in the middle of the desert and may be hard to find. In addition to these direction, take a GPS using the coordinates below. The turn off is just about 25 miles past Wal-Mart in Rexburg. Drive over a metal cattle guard. (A big grated metal thing that crosses the road). Immediately after the third cattle guard there is a dirt road turnoff to the right. This turnoff goes diagonally northeast. There is another turnoff that connects with the first one about 200 yards down the road that is almost parallel to the main road (There's a third dirt road past the first two that will not lead to the ice caves). Continue on the dirt road for about 30 minutes, until there is a fork in the road. Take the right fork, but drive carefully; there are many holes in the ground, and after it rains, those holes become extremely deep puddles. At the end of the road, climb down into the large hole and the entrance to the Ice Caves can be seen.
